Free and fast delivery in the UK
We at Yuvãfy know you will love our collagen as much as we do. We are delighted to offer all our wonderful UK customers free delivery as a thank you for trying Yuvãfy for the first time or regularly subscribing. We start processing your order as soon as you complete the checkout and you should receive a confirmation shortly thereafter. We will then rush to dispatch your parcel, for orders before 1pm we will aim to ship your Yuvãfy out on the same day and Royal Mail should deliver your parcel within 48 hours or 2 working days.
Should you not receive your parcel on time or wish to track your parcel please feel free to call our Customer services team on 01556 680 379, who will be delighted to help.
For most products bought online, you have the legal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to change your mind within the 14 day Cooling-Off period and receive a refund.
As our drinkable collagen products are an ingestible supplement, the right to change your mind does not apply, and we cannot accept returns due to quality control, and health & safety. We take great care in producing our collagen and cannot re-stock food products once they have left our control.
Subject to our detailed terms and conditions which you can find here, we are, of course, able to accept returns of our other Products or if we have processed your order in error – or if we have failed to action your request (provided it was before Midnight, the day before your upcoming order date).
